We admit it….our line of sunshades are all over the board when it comes to size, shape and weight. This makes the preparation for shipping and handling quite a challenge, because the shipping container we use depends solely upon the mix of sunshades you order. After years of experience shipping our sunshades and auto accessory products all over the world, we feel we have a pretty good handle on being able to predict the appropriate shipping and handling amounts that need to be charged at the time of your order. Please know that we review these charges constantly. If, at any time during the preparation for shipping process, we feel we have charged you more than is necessary, we will advise you by email that a credit has been put through. It has happened! We do not make any profit on shipping and handling, and only attempt to recover what we have to spend to get the order to you!

Our orders for all sunshades are sent through the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, which generally means delivery is in 3-5 business days. Some of our auto accessory products are sent via UPS or Fed Ex. If so, we will email you a tracking number.


Shipping to Other Destinations:

When ordering through our website for shipping to any other destination, your order will have a shipping/handling charge assigned; but we will contact you with the additional amount that will be necessary before we process your order.


Expedited Service
If you need faster service than the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (3-5 business days), please email us at orders@autoshades.com or call 1-877-502-4438. We can let you know the UPS or FedEx additional charges.


Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
